Camden Walking Plan
A comprehensive plan was launched in Camden in order to make more people walk in the borough. Facilities for pedestrians were improved and travel plans were set up. Much attention was paid to traffic safety for pedestrians, such as reduced speed zones. The combination of measures resulted in a reduction of casualties.

Cycle 50% Club
Employees were encouraged to make a shift in their commuter transport habits by cycling to work at least 50% of the time during a four week challenge period. Over 75 per cent of the people who participated stated that they were very likely or likely to continue cycling to work after the challenge ended.

Cycle policy Copenhagen
Copenhagen has a tradition in cycling and wants to improve conditions for cycling even more. Comprehensive infrastructural measures were taken to increase the proportion of the work force who cycle to work. This percentage has increased to 36%.
