Bicycles near public transport
Since 2002, bicycles can be rented near train stations in a cheap and efficient manner. In 2008, the number of rides rose from 330,000 to 480,000. 35 per cent of the customers claim to travel by train more often, while twelve per cent admit to leaving their car at home more regularly.

Traffic Snake Game
During one week, the school encourages children and their parents to come to school on foot, by bike or public transport or to form a car club. Following a survey that determines how children travel to school, each class sets their own goals. For very goal achieved, the children receive round playing cards that are attached to the traffic snake on the big banner. Before the campaign 72 per cent of trips to school were made by sustainable modes of transport. During the game this was 88 per cent.
